Kia adds turbo-four to Stinger option list in CanadaAug 10th, 2018
Kia Canada will be adding a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder to the Stinger’s option list later this summer, backed by an eight-speed automatic with paddle shifters and mated an AWD drivetrain.
The 2019 Stinger 2.0L GT-Line AWD will join the current offering, the 3.3-litre six-cylinder, and trade in a little horsepower for better economy. The four offers 255 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, to the six’s 365 horsepower.
While the automaker did not reveal the pricing for the smaller-engined car, it will certainly be less than the six-cylinder’s MSRP of $44,195, and has a good shot at supplying a bulk of the sales between the two drivetrains.
